Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (such as reflections and practice responses). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.

AI Features Disclaimer

The App includes AI-powered features for educational purposes. You understand that:

• AI responses are generated by machine learning models and may not always be accurate
• AI coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health services
• You should not rely solely on AI feedback for important decisions
• AI features are provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy

Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Socially is an educational tool, not a medical or mental health service. The App:

• Does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
• Is not a substitute for professional help
• Should not be used to diagnose or treat any condition

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
