Information You Provide

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from your Google account.

• Onboarding Responses: During onboarding you tell us about your goals and the social situations you find difficult, including anything you write in your own words when describing what you would like help with. We use this to build and improve your personalised plan.

• Information Provided Before You Create an Account: Onboarding begins before you sign in, so the answers above are initially recorded against a randomly generated identifier for your app installation rather than against your name or email. If you later create an account, that record is associated with your account. If you never create an account, it remains linked only to that identifier.

• Lesson Progress: We track which lessons you complete, your scores, and answers to help personalize your learning experience.

• Reflections: If you use the daily reflection feature, we store your journal entries to help you track your personal growth.

• Coach Conversations: Messages you send to the AI Coach are stored to maintain conversation history and improve your coaching experience.

• Subscription Information: If you subscribe, we record your subscription status, plan and renewal dates. Payments are processed by Apple; we never receive or store your payment card details.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including features used, time spent, and navigation patterns.

• Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for analytics and troubleshooting.

• Error Reports: If the App crashes, we collect diagnostic information to help us fix issues.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App
• Personalize your learning experience
• Track your progress and provide insights
• Respond to your messages through the AI Coach
• Send you notifications (with your permission)
• Analyze usage patterns to improve our service
• Debug and fix technical issues

AI-Powered Features

Our App uses artificial intelligence to:

• Evaluate your practice responses
• Provide personalized coaching feedback
• Generate relevant lesson suggestions

Your interactions with AI features are processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI). These providers process data according to their own privacy policies but do not retain your personal data for their own purposes.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database service. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Encryption of data at rest
• Row-level security policies
• Secure authentication tokens

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

Onboarding information recorded before an account is created (see "Information Provided Before You Create an Account") is retained for up to 24 months and is then deleted or aggregated so that it can no longer be linked to an individual installation. If you create an account and later delete it, any such record associated with your account is deleted with it.

You have the right to:

• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data
• Export: Receive your data in a portable format
